Welcome to the We Know Credit Repair Client Nurturing System Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By participating in our Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling as an affiliate.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Affiliate Program.
• Affiliates must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN), Tax Identification Number (TIN), or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for tax purposes.

2. Enrollment in the Program

• To enroll, you must submit an application through the official CNS Affiliate Program sign-up page.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting the We Know Credit Repair Client Nurturing System in a professional, ethical manner.
• Any marketing materials provided by us must not be altered or misrepresented.
• Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising practices.
• Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including restrictions on claims about credit repair services.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates may not:
  • Use spam or unsolicited emails for promotion.
  • Make any false or misleading statements about We Know Credit Repair services.
  • Use the We Know Credit Repair trademark in any domain names or social media accounts without prior written consent.
• Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination from the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program.

5. Non-Refundable Affiliate Registration Fee

• A one-time registration fee of $99 (the “Registration Fee”) is required to join the We Know Credit Repair Client Nurturing System Affiliate Program.
• This Registration Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Voluntary termination of the affiliate account by the affiliate.
  • Suspension or termination of the affiliate account due to violations of these terms and conditions.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Program or its outcomes.
• By submitting the Registration Fee, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

6. Commissions and Payment

• Commissions will be based on successful conversions as defined in the affiliate dashboard.
• Payment will be made on a monthly basis, provided the advocate payment requirement is met.
• All payments will be made via affiliate choice of payout method.
• Commissions may be withheld for cancellations or fraudulent transactions.

7. Tracking and Reporting

• Affiliates will have access to an online account to track clicks, conversions, and commissions.
• We use cookies for tracking referrals, which expire after 365 days.

8. Term and Termination

• The term of this agreement will begin upon acceptance into the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program and continue until terminated by either party.
• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if there is evidence of violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the We Know Credit Repair logo and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program.
• Affiliates may not modify our intellectual property in any way.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program or this agreement, even if we were aware of the possibility of such damages.
• Our liability shall not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this agreement.

11. Confidentiality

• All non-public information provided by We Know Credit Repair, including but not limited to Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program details, commission structure, and performance reports, shall be considered confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

12. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify any of these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued participation in the Client Nurturing System (CNS) Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts.
